Gibson's Perry is a blend of 50% Conference Pear and 50% wild perry pear. 5 times in a row 'Perry of the Festival' at Cambridge Beer Festival and CAMRA East Anglian Champion Perry in 2018. It's soft and gentle, there are light acetic notes from the conference pears and soft tannins by the bucket from the perry pears with a mass of residual sweetness from the non-fermenting sugars in the pears, mainly the perry pears. If you want a drink with an OOHHHH, this is the one.
